Attendee Registration
All attendees of BVF East 2006 are required to pay a registration fee.
NOTE: If you have not registered with BIO previously, the system automatically assumes you are a non-member. If this occurs when you attempt to register, avoid the refund process by ensuring you receive the appropriate fee level. Email register@bio.org or call 202.962.6655 to ask for a code that will enable you to register using one of the other fee levels.

Fees
After logging in to the online registration site, you will be automatically assigned a fee based on the date and whether you are a BIO member. If you are eligible for one of the other fees in the chart below, you will need a registration code. Please contact register@bio.org or call 202.962.6655 to ask for a code.

- Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons and evening receptions.
- Cancellation requests must be received in writing by May 26, 2006 to qualify for a refund. Send e-mail requests to register@bio.org. A U.S. $150 administration fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by May 26, 2006. Refunds will be processed after the conference. After May 26, 2006, no registration fees will be returned.
- Changes to your registration record may be made by clicking on the URL provided in your e-mail receipt/confirmation. Substitutions, name corrections or contact information changes will be allowed up until your name badge is printed on-site.
- Photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and business card are required to pick up your conference credentials on-site.
- Your badge and conference materials may be picked up at the conference registration area located in the Hyatt Regency, Jersey City, NJ
On-site Registration Hours Monday, June 12, 2006 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, June 13, 2006 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, June 14, 2006 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Your company must be a BIO or State Association member in good standing on or before June 14, 2006, to receive the Member Rate.
